To ensure smooth operation, we guide our guests based on the following guidelines: Order of Seating Seating priority is based on the reserved time slot. Even if someone appears to enter after you, their reserved time may have been earlier (e.g., a 6:00 PM reservation). Therefore, we escort them to their table first according to their reserved time. Arriving Earlier Than Your Reserved Time If you arrive prior to your reserved time, we may ask you to wait until your exact booking time. This allows us time to properly clean tables after previous guests and prepare your dishes.
